Vertical bead mill is easy to operate, large capacity, color change and convenient maintenance; separation device is sieve, overflow discharge, atmospheric pressure operation, can not use finer grinding media, filling volume is also small, only suitable for low viscosity, good flow type paint paste dispersion grinding; slightly high temperature operation, solvent volatilization is serious, sieve easy to crust, grinding fineness is not high; pulp dispersion area is small, stagnant area is large, power consumption is large, dispersion efficiency is low.
